The cover image shows nuclear localization of Caldesmon (CaD; purple color due to pink fluorescence superimposed on blue DAPI staining), a major actin-binding protein in an invasive ductal carcinoma can be dissociated from the cytoplasmic proteins Talin (green) or KDR (red).
