The cover image shows an experiment where Carbonic Anhydrase IX (red) expression was compared to the exogenous hypoxia marker, pimonidazole (green) using HT29 (human colorectal cancer) xenografts. Perfused vessels appear blue. Insights into tumor reoxygenation can be obtained from this approach described by Ling et al. in this issue of Cancer Biology and Therapy.
