The cover image shows in vivo delivery of short interfering RNA (siRNA) using a neutral nanoparticle in ovarian carcinoma. Fluorescent-tagged siRNA (red) in DOPC liposomes was injected intravenously in mice bearing intraperitoneal ovarian carcinoma (nuclei are noted in blue). This approach may represent a novel therapeutic approach for patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma. Additional details can be found in the manuscript by Landen et al. in this issue of Cancer Biology & Therapy.
