The cover image shows a superimposition of 29 unique spectral features depicted with pseudo-color upon the histological characteristics of a 4 micron section of malignant melanoma. Additional details including hyperspectral image comparisons with normal skin and benign nevi can be found in the manuscript by Dicker et al. in this issue of CBT.
