The cover image shows a 2-dimensional gel electrophoretic analysis of a hemangioblastoma's intratumoral cyst fluid. Distinct protein spots present in all gels from intratumoral cyst fluid were cut from the gel and subjected to sequence analysis by LC-Mass Spectrometry. In ten cases the protein sequence could be identified. Additional details of the results can be found in Glasker et al. in this issue of Cancer Biology and Therapy.
